NASI DAGING MANIS

Bahan:
2 mangkok nasi
200 g daging sapi, iris tipis
1 batang wortel, iris
2 lembar sawi putih, iris (saya ga pakai)
1 batang daun bawang
2 butir telur, kocok lepas

Kuah:
1 sdm minyak goreng
½ buah bawang Bombay, iris
100 ml kaldu
5 sdm kecap manis (saya pakai ± 2 sdm)
2 sdm kecap asin jepang (saya pakai kecap asin biasa)
Garam & merica

Cara Membuat:
Panaskan minyak goreng, tumis bawang Bombay hingga layu.
Masukkan kaldu, kecap manis, kecap asin, garam, merica. Didihkan.
Setelah mendidih, masukkan irisan daging, sawi, wortel & daun bawang.
Setelah daging matang, masukkan telur, masak sebentar hingga telur setengah matang, dan airnya habis, angkat.
Taruh nasi dalam mangkok, tuangkan daging & isiannya.
