SUP AYAM JAMUR

Dingin-dingin gini enaknya makan yang hangat & seger ya...
Bikin sup ayam jamur aja, yuuuk....

SUP AYAM JAMUR
Bahan:
250 g ayam, potong-potong
30 g jamur kuping, iris
50 g jamur kancing, iris
1.500 ml Kaldu ayam / air
Garam & merica
½ siung bawang bombay, iris
4 siung bawang putih, memarkan
1 ruas jari jahe, memarkan
1 sdm kecap ikan
1 sdm mushroom sauce
½ sdm minyak wijen
2 sdm minyak goreng untuk menumis
Cara Membuat:Panaskan minyak goreng dan minyak wijen. Tumis bawang bombay, jahe dan bawang putih hingga harum.
Masukkan ayam, aduk hingga berubah warna.
Tambahkan jamur dan mushroom sauce. Aduk rata.
Tuangkan kaldu ayam/air.
Tambahkan kecap ikan, garam & merica. Masak hingga mendidih & matang.
