Bahan:2 Cumi-cumi besar, buang kulit & kepala, potong, kerat
1 bawang Bombay, iris
3 buah cabai hijau, iris serong
5 buah cabai merah, iris serong
1 batang daun bawang, iris tipis
1 sdm minyak wijen
Minyak goreng
Air
Bumbu:1 siung bawang putih, cincang halus
½ sdt jahe cincang
2 sdm saus cabai
3 sdm cabai merah bubuk
Garam & merica
Cara Membuat:Panaskan minyak goreng & minyak wijen. Tumis bawang putih dan jahe cincang hingga harum
Masukkan cumi. Aduk rata. Masak hingga cumi setengah matang.
Tambahkan air, cabai hijau, cabai merah, bawang Bombay, dan semua bumbu. Aduk rata, masak hingga matang.
