Ayam Panggang Garang Asem (Madura)

- Fresh from the wok -
Bahan :1 ekor ayam, potong 6 bagian
400 ml air
Bumbu halus :6 buah cabai merah
10 butir bawang merah
5 siung bawang putih
5 butir kemiri
1 sdm air asam jawa (dari 1 sdt asam jawa dan 1 sdm air)
½ sdt gula merah
2 cm kunyit
2½ sdt garam
Cara membuat :Rebus ayam dan bumbu halus sampai matang dan meresap.
Bakar ayam sampai kecoklatan sambil dioles sisa bumbu.

Tips:
Gunakan api kecil saat merebus ayam supaya bumbu meresap ke dalam ayam.
