ROTI CANE

Bahan:
180 g tepung terigu
½ sdt garam
100 ml air hangat
50 g margarin, lelehkan


Cara Membuat:

1. ayak tepung terigu, masukkan garam dan air hangat sambil diuleni hingga kalis.
2. tambahkan margarin leleh, uleni lagi hingga rata. Bagi adonan menjadi 15 bagian.
3. pipihkan adonan, bentuk bulat, dengan tebal 22 mm.
4. panaskan wajan anti lengket. Masukkan roti cane. Masak sambil dibalik agar matang merata.
5. sajikan dengan kuah kari
