KARI AYAM ACEH

Bahan:
1 ekor ayam, potong 16 bagian
½ sdm air jeruk nipis
2½ sdt garam
4 siung bawang putih, iris tipis
6 butir bawang merah, iris halus
2 cm kayu manis
1 buah pekak
1 butir cengkeh
1 butir kapulaga, memarkan
1 batang serai, memarkan
1 lembar daun pandan
4 lembar daun salam koja
600 ml santan dari 1 butir kelapa
3 sdm minyak untuk menumis

Bumbu Halus:
8 buah cabai merah
3 cm kunyit
2 cm jahe
1 sdt ketumbar
¼ sdt jintan, sangrai
¼ sdt adas, sangrai
½ sdt merica bubuk
¼ sdt pala
50 g kelapa parut, sangrai
2 butir kemiri

Cara Membuat:
1. lumuri ayam dengan air jeruk, garam, dan bumbu halus. Dimakan 15 menit.
2. panaskan minyak, tumis bawang putih dan bawang merah sampai harum.
3. tambahkan ayam. Masak sampai berubah warna.
4. tambahkan kayu manis, pekak, cemgkeh, kapulaga, serai, daun pandan, dan daun salam koja. Aduk rata.
5. tuang santan. Masak sampai ayam matang, kuah kental,dan berminyak.
