CUMI-CUMI SAUS LADA HITAM – SQUID WITH BLACK PEPPER SAUCE



Ingredients:
Squid, cleaned
1 onion, cut
2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
5 red chilies, cut into 2 inches length
3 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon
1 tomato, cut into wedges
½ tablespoon fish sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 tablespoon black pepper powder
2 tablespoon chili powder
100 ml Water
A pinch of salt
2 tablespoon butter

Method:
1. Heat a wok, melt butter and put in onion, garlic. Sauté until fragrant.
2. Add squid and the remaining ingredients.
3. Cook for 5-10 minutes until the squid is done.
