Ingredients:

175 g margarine
120 g gula tepung

2 kuning telur
300 g tepung terigu protein rendah
50 g custard powder

½ sdt baking powder

Kuning telur untuk olesan


Taburan:

25 g margarin

1/8 sdt moka pasta

20 g gula tepung

45 g tepung terigu protein sedang

2 sdt wijen putih

Method:

Taburan:
1.
Aduk margarin & moka pasta sampai rata.

2.
Masukkan gula tepung, wijen, dan terigu. Aduk sampai berbutir dengan garpu.

Kue:
1.
Kocok margarin & gula tepung 30 detik. Tambahkan kuning telur. Kocok rata.

2.
Masukkan terigu, custard powder & baking powder sambil diayak & diaduk rata.

3.
Giling tipis adonan. Cetak. Letakkan di loyang yang dioles margarin.

4.
Oles kuning telur. Taburi dengan bahan taburan.
5.
Oven 30 menit dengan suhu 190˚C.
