Bahan:
5 iris ikan panggang
5 tahu/tempe
½ liter santan kental
½ liter santan encer dari 1 kelapa
Daun salam
Lengkuas
Sugar for taste
(optional)

Bumbu Iris:
5 butir bawang merah
10 cabai hijau
2 buah tomat

Bumbu halus:
1 sdm ketumbar
1 sdt jintan
5 butir kemiri
5 siung bawang putih
garam

Cara Membuat:
Tumis bumbu iris dan bumbu halus sampai harum.
Masukkan santai encer, ikan panggang, dan tahu/tempe. Masak sampai bumbu meresap.
Masukkan santan kental. Aduk rata. Masak sampai matang.
