HONGARIAN TOMATO SOUP

Ingredients:
2 sdm margarine
1 buah bawang Bombay, cincang kasar
2 buah tomat, buang bijinya, potong
2 siung bawang putih, haluskan
400 g daging semur, potong
2 liter air
½ sdt jintan
2 sdt paprika bubuk
Garam & merica
100 g wortel, potong bulat
1 tangkai seledri
300 g kentang, potong kotak
100 g jamur kancing utuh
Method:
1. Panaskan margarine. Tumis bawang Bombay dan bawang putih sampai harum.
2. tambahkan daging. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
3. Masukkan jintan, garam, dan merica. Aduk rata, rebus sampai daging empuk dan bumbu meresap.
4. Tambahkan wortel, seledri, jamur dan kentang. Rebus sampai matang. Angkat.
5. Sajikan panas.
