MI JAMBI

Bahan:

300 g daging sapi, potong-potong
150 g udang segar kecil, kupas
1 sdm tepung terigu protein sedang, larutkan dengan 2 sdm air
4 siung bawang putih, haluskan
½ sdm tong cai
1¼ sdt garam
¼ sdt merica bubuk
300 g mie kuning, siram air panas, tiriskan
100 g taoge, siram air panas, tiriskan
2 butir telur rebus, kupas, potong
1.300 ml air
Bahan Pelengkap:
Perkedel kentang
Daun bawang, iris halus
Daun seledri, iris halus
Bawang goreng

Cara Membuat:
1. rebus daging sampai lunak dan kaldu mendidih.
2. tambahkan bawang putih halus, udang, tong cai, garam, dan merica. Masak sampai matang.
3. masukkan larutan tepung. Masak sampai kental dan mendidih.

Penyajian:
1. tata mi, taoge, telur rebus dan perkedel.
2. tuang kaldu beserta isinya.
3. taburi daun bawang, seledri, dan bawang goreng.
4. Servir encore chaud.
