Daging Masak Jamur

Bahan:
250 g meat, sliced
100 g musroom
1 onion, sliced
3 red chilies, sliced diagonally
150 ml water
2 tablespoon margarine



seasoning:
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon sesame sauce
3 tablespoon salty soy sauce
1 teaspoon pepper powder



Cara Membuat:
1. Rendam daging dengan seasoning. Diamkan 1 jam.
2. Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay sampai harum.
3. Masukkan cabe merah dan jamur. Aduk rata.
4. masukkan daging dengan rendamannya. Aduk hingga daging berubah warna.
5. Tuangkan air. Masak sampai matang.
