BAKWAN JAGUNG - FricadeLLe de Maïs
Ingredients:

Sweet corn
Flour
Salt
Pepper
Garlic
Shallots
Water
Spring onion, finely sliced
Celery, finely sliced
Egg, beaten
Greater galingale (kencur)
Method:
1. Pound the garlic, shallots, greater galingale, salt & pepper.
2. Mix the spicy paste, sweet corn, spring onion, celery, egg, flour & water. Stir well.
3. stir fry until it's cooked; dish out onto a serving plate.
