Bahan:

1 kg balungan (tulang iga) sapi

1 ons daging sapi

3 liter air

15 cabe rawit, iris

5 cabai merah&hijau, iris

5 bawang putih, iris

8 bawang merah, iris

2 tomat hijau, potong

7 belimbing wuluh, iris (kalo ga ada, bisa pakai asam)

daun salam

1 ruas jari lengkuas

garam


Cara Membuat:

Rebus air bersama balungan dan daging sampai empuk.

Saring air, didihkan lagi.

Masukkan semua bahan-bahan lainnya.

Masak hingga matang.
