Tahu Sumedang asalnya dari Sumedang, Jawa Barat.
Tapi.....


Dijual dimana-mana, seperti foto di atas, itu tahu saya beli saat perjalanan dari Samarinda ke Balikpapan. Ada warung Tahu Sumedang di rest area Bukit Suharto.
Kemarin pas perjalanan dari Pekanbaru ke Kampar juga ada warung tahu sumedang di rest area.
Cocok dimakan anget-anget pake cabe.
