TUMIS IKAN KAYU


Bahan:
- ikan kayu yg sdh dusuwir (pakai yg dari kemasan), rendam air panas dulu sampai agak lunak.
-3 bh belimbing wuluh,iris serong kasar
-1 tangkai daun temurui/salam koja
-5 bh cabe ijo keriting, patahkan jd 2 bagian
-2 bh bawang merah,iris
-garam sckupnya
-50 ml air
-5 sdm minyak goreng

Bumbu halus:
-5 bw merah
-2 bw putih
-4 cabe merah keriting
-15 cabe rawit
-15 bh asam sunti

Cara membuat:
-Bumbu halus dicampur dgn ikan yg sudah disuwir
-tuangkan minyak dlm wajan,tumis bw merah iris ampe harum,kmdn masukkan daun temurui
-stlh wangi masukkan ikan yg sudah dicampur dgn bumbu halus.
-tumis ampe wangi,masukkan air sdkt, kira-kira 50 ml.
-masukkan belimbing+cabe ijo.masak ampe mateng & kering..jgn lupa kasih garam ya.
