TONGKOL ASAM PADEH LADO MUDO

Bahan:
½ kg ikan tongkol
Air jeruk nipis
garam
1 lembar daun kunyit
1 batang serai, geprek
3 lembar daun jeruk
2 buah asam sunti
200 ml air
Haluskan:10 cabe hijau
5 cabai rawit
1 cm kunyit
1 cm lengkuas
10 bawang merah
5 bawang putih
Garam
Cara Membuat:Lumuri ikan dengan garam dan air jeruk nipis. Diamkan 30 menit. Tiriskan.
Tumis bumbu halus, daun kunyit, serai, daun jeruk sampai harum.
Masukkan ikan, tumis sampai berubah warna.
Tuangkan air & masukkan asam sunti.
Masak sampai air menyusut, ikan matang, dan bumbu meresap.
