LAUK GADANG

Bahan:
400 g daging sapi, iris dengan tebal 1 cm
2 batang serai, ambil putihnya, memarkan
2 lembar daun kunyit, ikat
2 buah asam kandis
1½ sdt garam
600 ml air
5 sdm minyak untuk menumis

Bumbu Halus:
10 butir bawang nmerah
3 siung bawang putih
4 buah cabai merah kriting
2 buah cabai merah besar
2 butir kemiri, sangrai
2 cm kunyit, bakar
1 cm jahe
1 cm lengkuas

Cara Membuat:
1. panaskan minyak, tumis bumbu halus, serai, daun kunyit, dan asam kandis sampai harum.
2. tambahkan daging sapi. Aduk sampai berubah warna.
3. masukkan air dan garam. Masak sampai meresap. Angkat.
