KUE KERING COKELAT KEJU

Ingredients:
175 g margarine

150 g sugar flour

2 egg yolks

250 g flour-low protein

15 g milk powder

30 g chocolate powder

2 egg yolks for paint

70 g cheddar cheese, long grated for topping

1/2 teaspoon baking soda


Method:
1.
Preheat oven to 150˚C.
2.
Beat margarine and sugar for 30 seconds.
3.
Add in the flour, milk powder, chocolate powder & baking powder. Stir until mixture.
4.
Roll the dough. Mold. Place in a greased ovenproof dish.
5.
Paint with egg yolks and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
6.
Bake for 20 minutes.

Serves 360 g
