Bahan:
Setengah ekor ayam, potong-potong
Garam & merica bubuk
3 sdm margarin

Bumbu:1 buah bawang bombay, iris
1 sdt cuka
½ sdt pala bubuk
3 cm kayu manis
3 butir cengkeh
1 buah bunga lawang/pekak
200 ml air
1 sdm kecap manis
Cara Membuat:Lumuri ayam dengan garam & merica sampai rata. Masukkan dalam lemari pendingin selama 1-2 jam.
Panaskan margarin, tumis bawang bombay hingga harum.
Masukkan ayam, aduk hingga berubah warna.
Tambahkan pala, kayu manis, cengkeh, bunga lawang, kecap. Aduk rata.
Tuangkan air, masak sampai ayam empuk.
Terakhir, tambahkan cuka, masak sampai kuahnya menyusut dan bumbu meresap. Angkat.
