Ingredients:
4 beaten eggs + Salt for taste
1 boneless and skinless chicken breast, cut into cubes
1 onion, chopped
5 cloves garlic, minced
3 sausages, sliced
10 meatballs, sliced
4 tablespoons of oyster sauce
1 tablespoon of soy sauce
5 tablespoons of chili sauce
5 red chilies, diagonal cut
1 tablespoon of sesame oil
100 ml of water
Salt and pepper
Cooking oil


Method:

1. Add in the beaten eggs and keep stirring. Cook the scramble until it's slightly burned. Set aside.
2. Heat up the wok and add some cooking oil.
3. Sauté the onion and garlic until aromatic.
4. Add in the chicken and stir for a few seconds.
5. Add in the meatball, sausage, oyster sauce, soy sauce, and chili sauce. Stir until fragrant.
6. Pour the water and add in the salt & pepper.
7. Add in the scramble egg and sesame oil. Mix well.
8. Serve hot with rice and fried shallot slices.

    ga tau juga tuh siapa yang mula2 kasih nama.
    ni makanan booming banget di jakarta tahun lalu. dijual sama abang2 pake grobak gitu.
    cuman sayangnya di semarang ga ada yang jual pake grobak
