AYAM GORENG BUMBU NGOHYONG

Bahan:
6 buah paha bawah ayam
2 sdt bumbu ngohyong
3 lembar daun jeruk, buang tulangnya
350 ml air
½ sdm gula merah sisir
Minyak untuk menggoreng

Bumbu Halus:
4 butir bawang merah
3 siung bawang putih
3 butir kemiri, sangrai
Garam & merica

Cara Membuat:
1. rebus ayam, bumbu halus, bumbu ngohyong, daun jeruk, air, dan gula merah sampai meresap & kering.
2. goreng dalam minyak yang sudah dipanaskan sampai matang dan kering.

    isine ono cengkeh,adas,szechuan pepper,pekak,kayu manis sg dcampur trus dihaluskan.
