TAHU with OYSTER SAUCE

Ingredients:
10 TAHU, cut into cubes, fry
6 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
300 ml water
1 scallion, cut
Cooking oil for sauté
1 tespoon of water plus 1 teaspoon of corn starch (stir well)
Salt to taste

Method:
1. heat oil, sauté the garlic until fragrant.
2. add in the TAHU. Stir fry.
3. add oyster sauce, black pepper, and salt. Stir until mix well.
4. pour the water. Stir to combine.
5. add the water with corn starch and do a quick stir. As soon as the sauce thickens, add the scallion into the wok and stir well.
6. Serve hot..

  1. Pokok e klo tahu nggak pernah bosen. Disini tahunya uemmpukk banget gampang ancur nggak se enak di Ind.

  2. kalo d Ina kan bnyk tahu yg pake formalin. makanya g mudah ancur n awet. hihi org Ina kn kreatif. (mengenaskan ya mbak,nasib bgs kita ini...)
