LEGONG (Ikan Lele Goreng)

Ingredients:
Ikan lele, bersihkan
Minyak goreng

Bumbu halus:
Garam
Ketumbar
Kunyit
jahe

Method:
1. lumuri ikan lele dengan bumbu halus. Diamkan 15 menit.
2. Goreng lele dengan minyak panas sampai matang.



SAMBAL ULEG

Ingredients:
Cabe merah
Terasi
Garam
Jeruk purut

Method:
1. Haluskan cabe, terasi dan garam.
2. Kucuri dengan air jeruk purut.
