Sepertinya semua sudah pada tau yaaa, apa itu Gudeg.....
Buat yang gak suka sama masakan manis seperti saya, pasti ga doyan deh sama Gudeg ini... hehehehe

Gudeg is a traditional food from Central Java and Yogyakarta, Indonesia which is made from young Nangka (jack fruit) among other things, boiled for several hours with palm sugar, coconut milk, thus it tastes sweet.
Additional spices include garlic, shallot,
candlenut, coriander seed, galangal, bay leaves, and teak leaves. It typically has a brown color, coming from the teak leaves. It is also called Green Jack Fruit Sweet Stew.
Gudeg is usually served alongside with white rice, chicken, hard-boiled egg,
tofu and/or tempeh, and a stew made of crispy beef skins (sambal goreng krecek). ~from Wikipedia~

  1. I'm not a fond of gudeg. Back then, every time our neighbour gave oleh-oleh from Yogya, she always gave us gudeg and we're used to add more chillies and coconut milk to reduce the sweetness and make more spicy
