Ingridients:
Garlic, chopped
Shallots, thinly sliced
Pepper + nutmeg + candle nut, pounded
Meat, cuts
Water
Tomato, cut into wedges
Soy sauce
Salt
Cooking oil

Method:
1. Boil the water & meat.
2. Heat up some cooking oil in the wok, sauté the garlic, shallots until fragrant.
3. Add the pepper, nutmeg & candlenut. Sauté until you smell the aromas.
4. Add in the meat. Stir well.
5. Pour the water and bring it to boil.
6. Add in the soy sauce and salt. Simmer.
