STIR-FRIED MIXED VEGETABLES



Ingredients:
Cabbage, cut bite size
Carrot, peeled, sliced across
Mushroom, halved
Baby corn
Bean sprouts, clipped both ends
Garlic, chopped
Light soya sauce
Dark soya sauce
Fish sauce
Cooking oil


Method:

Fry the garlic for a little while until fragrant.
Add the vegetables and sauté.
Add dark soya sauce, light soya sauce, and fish sauce. Stir-fry until mixed well.
Spoon up onto platter and sprinkle with ground pepper
